Introductions
It was suggested that I introduce myself so, hi :). I'm Dr. Jean Grey (if you're wanting to make a Grey's Anatomy joke you can go ahead and do it but I've heard them all.)
So...I'm here for the foreseeable future. I work with X-Corps and am on sabbatical from practicing medicine (something I hope to remedy soon by getting a fellowship in the city).
I look forward to meeting and working with a lot of you.

We're a homey bunch in an in-the-trenches, chaos bonds us together sort of way. (By which, I mean Clarice and Laurie and me. I never know what Dr. Voght is feeling.)

There's four? Yep, definitely like being at work. I'm used to a bit of chaos. Hopefully minimal.
What's your specialty?

Did a fellowship in trauma surgery/critical care at Penn. Lots of GSWs and accidents in Philly. A few other interesting things too. Med school at Columbia, residency out in San Diego.

Wow, I guess trauma surgery is the hot topic here. I imagine it comes in handy, though.

Maybe? Truth be told, I just like cutting and the adrenaline rush of emergency surgery. Plus I grew up in the Bronx in the 80s and 90s watching people get gunned down and stabbed, and that obviously shaped my chosen field.

Makes sense. I'd like to know more about it. I get the sense it's going to be needed.

Then once X-Corps formed in 2012 I headed to Europe to be closer to the team and completed my residency in London. I worked with Moira a bit at Muir during that time on some cases as well.
