Mar. 5th, 2015 01:18 pmRogue sent me a survey by email and suggested I fill it out. Here are the results.
FIRSTS/LASTS
EVERYONE HAS THEIR FIRSTS
FIRST REAL BEST FRIEND:
Annie Richardson
FIRST SCHOOL:
Mill Road Primary School
FIRST CELL PHONE:
Nokia 8310
FIRST FUNERAL:
My friend Annie.
FIRST PET:
A bull mastiff named Truman (He was my dad’s dog but I took care of him since he was busy teaching)
FIRST BIG TRIP:
Camping at Yellowstone National Park when I was 12.
FIRST FIGHT:
The boy who called me Raggedy Anne and pulled my hair when I was 6. I kicked him in the shins and got detention.
FIRST CELEBRITY CRUSH:
Harrison Ford
FiRST TIME OUT OF THE COUNTRY?:
London when I was 16. We moved there, though.
FIRST REAL JOB:
Lab "assistant" for Moira on Muir when I was 16 (restocking medical supplies, etc.). I first learned about CPR and First Aid from her.
FIRST LIVEJOURNAL FRIEND
I don’t remember.
WHO WAS YOUR FIRST ROOMMATE:
Misty Knight
FIRST ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE YOU DRANK :
Hot whiskey...I think they call it a Hot toddy here (I was sick with a horrible flu when I was 17 and Moira gave it to me. She claimed it was not scientifically proven to work but would make me feel better. It did. )
THE FIRST TIME YOU WERE DRUNK:
18 - My sister Sara and I went home to visit my parents in London for during Christmas break after my first semester in college. We went to a pub and had one too many drinks.
WHO WAS THE FIRST PERSON YOU SNUCK OUT OF THE HOUSE WITH:
Kitty Pryde. Kitty came over when I still lived in New York with my parents and we sneaked out to go swimming in the neighbor's pool while they were away on vacation.
WHERE WAS YOUR FIRST SLEEPOVER:
My friend Annie’s house on Halloween. We were 10. We went trick or treating (we were both the Pink Power Ranger, along with every other girl in our class) and then stayed up eating candy and watching Hocus Pocus on her parent’s VCR. We were scared to sleep because we were afraid the witches would get us. So we stole some salt from her parents’ kitchen, made a ring of it on the floor and slept in it.
FIRST PERSON YOU CALL WHEN YOU HAVE HAD A BAD DAY:
My sister Sara.
WHOSE WEDDING WERE YOU IN THE FIRST TIME YOU WERE A BRIDESMAID OR GROOMSMEN:
My sister Sara’s wedding to her husband Paul. I was her maid of honor. Unfortunately I could not talk her out of the bridesmaids wearing canary yellow dresses. I looked like a piece of candy corn.
FIRST THING YOU DO IN THE MORNING:
Curse the alarm. Then I check my phone for messages.
FIRST CONCERT:
Rolling Stones, Madison Square Garden in 2000, with Charles Xavier. It was just before I left for London with my parents so Charles took me out as a goodbye gift since we both liked the band.
FIRST TATTOO OR PIERCING:
My ears were pierced when I was 3. I don’t really remember it.
FIRST CRUSH:
Jacob Kurtzberg, when I was in kindergarten. We got “married” when he gave me a ring he got out of one of those quarter machines. We broke up when I caught him kissing another girl in class named Leigh.
