Finals Bonus

With finals week coming up I am giving out a bonus assignment worth 10 extra points added to the final. It is due the same day as the final on June 14th by 5:00pm.

There are three options:

1.) Create a 5 minute video explaining the life cycle and/or characteristics of one of the organisms we have discussed this school year in a humorous and unique way. It can be drawn, animated, or filmed in person. Go crazy. You will be responsible for creating the video by yourself.

2.) Write a 5-10 page story making your favorite literary character a mutant. Provide a detailed description of how their ability works, including any effects the ability has on their physiology in comparison to a typical human structure. The paper will be written in Times New Roman, font size 12, double spaced. Correct spelling and proper grammar will be counted.

3.) Solve a "murder mystery" by performing a blood type test to determine the killer. I will provide you with a hand out with the details, as well as materials.

Man. I wish I got to do things this cool in biology class. We just do problems and write papers.

It really depends on the lecturer. Just look for the guy who has a bunch of weird things in his office when you go to ask him about the class and you'll never be bored. :)
